Hometown:
Colorado Springs, Colorado
Relationship Status:
Single
About Me:
I'm a girl who loves Jesus, people, ideas and guacamole, in that order. My mission is to lift up the name of Jesus and push back the effects of The Fall in everything I do. It's tricky, because I'm often selfish and unkind. When I'm not traveling, shopping, reading or arguing with someone about politics or culture, I can be found doing PR for a large Christian ministry.
Favorite Music:
Eva Cassidy, Keane, Hummingfish, Indigo Girls, all divas (Whitney, Mariah, Celine, etc.), most classic rockers (Queen, Van Halen, Led Zeppelin, YES, Scorpions) Keith Green, Sixpence NTR, Sarah Kelly, Nicole C Mullen, a bunch of other Christian artists, and the best musicians of all time: The Gaithers.
Favorite Movies:
Chariots of Fire, P&P, And Then There Were None, The Mirror Has Two Faces, The Trip to Bountiful, Ghandi....
Favorite Books:

Hi Lisa, I read your blog about praying for Michael Jackson and had to write you. I too felt the "nudge" to pray for him over the years and though I did from time to time, feel sad that I didn't pray more for him. I feel that he was a tortured soul with a kind heart who really cared about people. I was searching the internet in hopes of finding some evidence that he was a Christian. While my searches result in disappointment, I have to believe that your prayers and the prayers of others (including mine) were not prayed in vane. I know it was not God's will for him to die unsaved and believe that MJ was placed on the hearts of Christians by our loving Savior and was seeking to save him. May God bless you!

I'm never going to give up tomato bisque. It's a fruitish/vegetablish/dairyish gift from the Lord.

(And those "outside the loop" have no idea what we're talking about....)
